Over the past few years, I have developed a number of sound meditation and therapy exercises. Links to two examples are provided below: 


An holistic approach to integrating three-dimensional sound images, enviro-music, environmental awareness, body awareness, spiritual awareness, connectedness with family and friends and visions of the future. A technique based on methods of mindfulness.


A technique based on transcending styles of meditation that concentrates on the production of a continuous vocal and/or instrumental drone. 


Personal Instruments and Techniques: throat singing, harmonic singing, natural flutes and lurs (wooden trumpets). Circular breathing and synchronous singing/playing techniques apply to some instruments.
